Company started its business in 1979, when the Mzayek family opened their first flower shop in Amman, Jordan under the brand name ALISSAR®, delivering fresh flower arrangements and indoor plants to the local market. By 1985, ALISSAR® began growing its own flowers and was the first in the region to pioneer the unique production technique of soil-less culture, using growing media including pouzzolane volcanic stones from the northern Jordanian desert plains.
Today, ALISSAR® continues to be a family-owned business operating across the entire region and beyond.

Company's Hotels & Corporate division provides a range of bespoke, best-value products and services to hotels and businesses, specializing in the creation of exceptional floral concepts for hotel lobbies, restaurants and rooms, as well as offering indoor plant supply and rental services.
Weddings & Events division of ALISSAR® is a ‘one-stop-shop’ for designing, implementing and managing the entire event from the smallest petal to the full décor of a banqueting ballroom. Company provides all the table settings and decorations, down from floor standing creations to transforming the ceiling with stunning accessories.
